I created a worksheet for students to become more familiar with line symmetries between both regular and irregular polygons. I thought that this would be a great way to have students interact with classroom engagement as there is 4 examples for students to ponder about over the time given.
Students will be able to look upon their previous notes, encouraging them to take good notes and understand that they can relate back to their notes for help.
Overall I wanted students to understand the basic knowledge of line symmetries. Once students instill this knowledge I could then create a lesson on line symmetries within their environments, like stop signs, sidewalks, houses, etc.
