GeoGebra Book: GeoGebra as a socially constructed technology

From an anthropological point of view it is possible to conceive GeoGebra as a socially constructed technology, by analyzing the cultural aspects, particularly from the digital culture, of its creation and development. This allows us to understand the process that has taken GeoGebra from being just a software to a global community, a process which is characterized, for instance, by the democratization of its relevant social groups and by a technological stabilization that lays out a path for the software and community development. Key words: Social Construction of Digital Technologies, Digital culture, Digital community.
