Best location for a house

Students are to determine the best location for a house using a variety of criteria. The possible locations are the vertices of the triangle for the lot and the central points, i.e., centroid, circumcenter, incenter, orthocenter, Fermat-Torricelli point. Numbers indicate the sum of the lengths of the driveways and paths. Since the answer could depend on the nature of the triangular lot, i.e., the measure of the angle of the largest vertex, students need to consider extreme cases.
