A way conctruct circle of Thebault Theorem

Let ABC be a triangle, C1 on BC. E' is center of excircle of the triangle ABC1 respectively with B. I is incircle of the triangle ABC. Circle (AIE') meets (ABC) again at T. OT meets C1E' at N. Then N is center of circle tangent AC1,BC and circumcircle (ABC). Where O is circumcenter of ABC
