Clifford Torus

The Clifford torus is a torus sitting inside S³ embedded in R⁴. Stereographic projection from S³ to R³ preserves circles. Parallel projection (x,y,z) → (x,y) deforms circles into ellipses. The Clifford torus can be rotated in R⁴ before projecting onto R².
