Whirling Squares
Artistic effects can be generated by changing the slider values incrementally.
Fix two of the sliders and then adjust the third to see its effects.
Then try again with a different set of sliders. Keep track of the values for reference.
Suggestion: click on the button in the slider to make it "glow."
Then use cursor (arrow) keyboard keys to make finer adjustments.
Center of rotation is (0,0) making the command
structure simpler for construction.
