Hiding undesirable objects
Remember that usually, all objects which are visible in your screen will be exported and printed out. Due to that, be watchful before you export your file and try to keep it enough "clean", deleting or hiding unnecessary objects like one point out of your main goal or, most common, either the standard plan or the coordinate axes when you are not intending to print them out in fact.
