Use the checkboxes to choose which type of shape you wish to compare. The sliders for measures will adjust the base, height, diagonal, or radius (depending on the type of shape). If you lock the proportions, the scale factor for both measurements will be the same.
1) How do you get the shapes to be similar (have similar proportions). 2) Lock the proportions, then compare the a) original measures and new measures b) original area and new area c) original perimeter and new perimeter 3) What patterns do you notice, if any, from question 2.
