INSTRUCTIONS
1. Construct tangent lines at points A, B, and C.
2. Construct the emerging triangle, formed by these tangents.
3. Construct line segments from each vertex to the opposite point of tangency.
4. Use the Pointer tool to drag A, B, and/or C.
