You can adjust the positions of A and B as well as drag the point C along the dotted line.

Point C always has the same distance to A as D. Moving the slider s adjusts the slack of the rope AB + s is the total length of the rope.
The weight (gravitational force) can be adjusted by dragging the point E up or down.
