Perimeter - Description

The perimeter is the the distance around the edge of the shape or figure. To find the perimeter you need to use the Pythagorean Theorem. For each of the lines in the perimeter you need to find its "rise and run" or the line's slope. You would treat the hypotenuse as the perimeter and add all of the hypotenuses together to get the perimeter. Hypotenuse = . A and B would be the rise and the run.
