X(18) is similar to X(17) where equalateral triangles are constructed on the triangle ABC. But if the equalateral triangles are constructed on the inside of the original triangle, the three lines intersect at N, the second point of Napoleon.
The isogonal conjugate of N, triangle center X(18) can be constructed as follows:
- Reflect the lines AN, BN, CN about the bisectors of the triangle ABC (=blue lines)
- These blue lines cross at the triangle center X(62). The barycentric coordinates of this point depend on the angles of the triangle.

X(18) is gelijkaardig aan X(17), waarin gelijkzijdige driehoeken worden geconstrueerd op de zijden van ABC. Maar wanneer je de gelijkzijdige driehoeken langs de binnenkant van de originele driehoek construeert, dan snijden de drie lijnen elkaar in N, het tweede punt van Napoleon.
Het isogonale toegevoegde punt van het driehoekscentrum X(18) construeer je als volgt:
- Spiegel de rechten AN, BN, CN t.o.v. de bissectrices van ABC (=blauwe lijnen).
- Deze blauwe lijnen snijden elkaar in het driehoekscentrum X(62).
