Relationship between Ellipse and Hyperbola

Move point C so that the focal points are inside the line connected to C. This should be an ELLIPSE. This graph is to show the relationship between ellipses and hyperbolas. Point E is the center of the graph. A and B are the focal points and C and D are points on the graph.
NOTE: This graph has limitations based on how it had to be constructed. The main purpose is to be able to see the relationship between hyperbolas and ellipses.
