Frequency distribution

Distribution is important concept in statistics. Statistical methods usually focus on examining the different features of the distributions. Frequency distribution tells about unequal values and and their number of occurrences. In practice, it means by telling the unequal values and their frequencies. Frequencies can also be shown as a percentage. In Table 2 is shown heights of 25 school boys (Data 1) as a frequency distribution. The first column shows the measured height and the second column tells, that how many boys had that height. The third column tells you how many percentage from all boys had the height. For example in this case, the fourth column is exactly the same, as there are no missing values. In the last column, all percentages are summed.
