Power Iteration for Dominant Eigenvector of a 3 X 3

The dominant eigenvector and all three eigenvalues of a 3 X 3 matrix are found using an iterative algorithm.
Once the first eigenvalue is found, the other two are obtained by solving a reduced (quadratic) polynomial.
