Bertoia Rectangles

Saw this lovely sculpture by Harry Bertoia and had to try to make it. I wanted the 2nd rectangle to be congruent, and have one control, but it is not super-intuitive.
A, B and C start in the XY plane, and E, free in 3D, controls the rotation of the congruent rectangle.
