Hi students!
Use this app to show why sqrt(a*b) = sqrt(a)*sqrt(b) using specific numbers. It also will help you realize why sqrt(a + b) is NOT equal to sqrt(a) + sqrt(b). Finally, it will help you simplify radicals by giving you the prime factorization of the number within the square root.
Two square root expressions are equal if their line segments in this app are the same length.
