To find the centre of a circle yes we bisect two chords. What we are really doing in this case is constructing

**intersecting circles of equal radius**and whose centres are on the original circle. We then join where they intersect to find the centre much like we do for a line. Activity: 1. Drag the circle centres (B,C,D,G) onto the circumference of circle A. 2. Using the line tool from the tool box connect the two points where the circles cross each other.
