Construct the line formed by the midpoints between the given point and the second line.
Alternatively, draw a line thru the given point and the intersection point. Choose a point on the first line and perform the construction in Bisection 1 (see https://www.geogebra.org/m/mjqmd4vb). Then rescale the result so that the line passes thru the given point.
