Circle Construction
Saw this on Reddit, https://www.reddit.com/r/mathgifs/comments/v5jdoc/how_to_draw_a_circle/,
and it was new to me. Transversal lines keeping the same angle, passing through 2 points on the circle.
Why does that determine/traverse the circle?
