Centroid Theorem The centroid of a triangle is located two thirds of the distance from a vertex to the midpoint of the side opposite the vertex on a median.
To construct the Centroid of a Triangle: 1. Find and contruct midpoint of each triangle side. 2. Draw a line segment from each vertex to each corresponding median. 3. Intersection of the 3 medians is the Centroid of Triangle.
