Online numerous sites illustrate where and how you can find the Golden Section in human body, art and nature. Often is claimed that the proportion equals , wauw! But what does Leonardo da Vinci writes?
  • The distance elbow-finger tips = 1/4 = 0.25
  • The length of the hand = 1/10 = 0.1
  • So the length of the forearm equals 0.25 - 0.1 = 0.15
  • And finally the proportion becomes
Well, 1.5 isn't really 1.618 but for - and - believers this isn't a problem. We'll just draw the -mark somewhere in the hand and who will check and compare both drawings?
