Pond volume (AP Calculus 2008 FRQ #1d)

Let R be the region bound by the graphs of y=sin(pi x) and y=x3-4x. Each cross section perpendicular to the x-axis is a square.
Let the surface of a pond be defined as the region bound by the graphs of y=sin(pi x) and y=x3-4x. Let the depth of the pond be modeled by 3 -x for all x in the interval [0,2]. This is #1d from the 2008 AP Calculus exam.
