You will be asked to complete three rigid transformation examples and then answer questions based on your work. For each of these, you can complete them by visualizing the transformation and moving the points by yourself, OR you can use the transformation toolbar provided on the Geogebra applets.

## 1. Reflect ABCD across line EF.

Based on #1, fill in the blank: When performing a reflection, the point and its image create a segment that is __________ to the line of reflection.

## 2. Translate ABCD by directed line segment EF.

Based on #2, fill in the blank: When performing a translation, the point and its image create a segment that is __________ to the directed line segment which defines the translation.

## 3. Rotate ABCD 90 degrees clockwise around point D.

Based on #3, fill in the blank: Rotating 90 degrees clockwise is the same as rotating _____ degrees counter-clockwise.

## 4. Reflect across the y-axis.

Based on the transformation in #4, name the location of A'.

## 5. Translate right 4 and down 1.

Based on the transformation in #5, name the location of B'.

## 6. Rotate 90 degrees clockwise about the origin (0, 0).

Based on the transformation in #6, name the location of C'.
