This composition includes a translation and a reflection. The translation is when the pre-image moves along vector GH, which is 5 units to the right and 1 unit down. Every post on the pre-mage moves this same distance resulting in the first image. This first image is then reflected across the x-axis, resulting in the final image. The x-axis acts as the line of reflection, and it is equidistant from both figures. This composition included a translation 5 units to the right and 1 unit down, then a reflection across the x-axis resulting in the final image in quadrant IV.
