This book deals with dilation. It presents the concept of dilation, shows how dilation transforms the basic geometric figures, shows how to draw the images of geometric figures by dilation, and the properties of this transformation. It presents the coordinates and matrix forms of dilation, and some practices about dilating points and triangles. يتناول هذا الكتاب التمدد. فهو يّقدّم مفهومه. ويُبيّن كيف يُحوّل التمدد الأشكال الهندسية الأساسية وكيفية رسم صور هذه الأشكال بالتمدد بالإضافة إلى خصائص التمدد. كما يُقدّم الصورتين الإحداثية والمصفوفية للتمدد وبعض التمارين حول تمديد النقاط وتمديد المُثلثات
