Take any point P and reflect the orthcenter H in the cevians AP, BP, and CP producing Ha, Hb, and Hc. Circles APHa, BPHb, and CPHc intersect at Q, on the rectangular circumhyperbola through P and the fourth intersection with the circumcircle.
