About Tools

We developed a number of tools to create, generate or investigate muqarnas. Some tools are ready for classroom activities, while others are for experts only. Between brackets, we indicate a minimal age in years.
  • paper tiles for fast and easy modelling in classroom activities (10+)

  • Geogebra tool for developing exercise sheets (25+)
  • Excel application to generate and check designs in 2D (59+)
  • Geogebra 3D application to create and visualize designs in classroom (17+)
  • Excel application to adjust the Geogebra colorscheme (59+)
  • Rhino / Grasshopper experiments (19+)
