Construct the common tangent lines to the given circles.
Hint:
Let R (r) be the radius of the bigger (smaller) circle. Construct circles concentric with the big one with radii R ± r. Observe and use that tangent lines to these two circles thru the center of the smaller circle are parallel to the required tangent lines.
