Rigid Motion Congruence - Triangles

For each triangle: 1. Determine if it is a reflection or translation of the original. Name them triangle #1, #2, etc. You may "google" reflection and translation if you are not sure what they mean. 2. Determine if it is congruent (equal angles and equal side length) to the original. To Measure the angles, click the angle tool at the bottom, then click all three points from left to right. The 2nd point you click will be the angle it measures. Find the measures of all three angles in each triangle. If the measure does not show up on the triangle, select the shaded angle and click the "AA" button on the top left and select "value" from the menu. Side lengths are listed under "Segment" in the list on the right. 3. Submit your answers on Canvas for the "Reflection/Translation Congruence" assignment.
