Half and Half

I noticed something peculiar about a carton of half and half and had to take a picture. It got a lot of people wondering about mixing milk and cream so I made this. It turns out % milk fat is done by mass, and I made an assumption here that the densities are equal, where they're really different by a few grams per cubic meter.
