DIRECTIONS: We now know that food deserts exist in our community. We want to think like city planners for this activity. You have the power to determine where a new grocery store will be built. To support a proposal for a fair and equitable solution, use your math power to explore 3 concepts (midpoints, equidistant points, and partitioned segments) to determine the ideal situation for equitable access to food for all communities within your scenario.
