Let the points A and B be given. Construct a circle with diameter AB.

Solution:
The points of the intersection of the segment AB and the perpendicular bisector of the points A, B will be the centre point of the circle sought. (Just like in Euclidean geometry.)
Can we call this circle the diameter’s circle (according to Thales’ theorem in Euclidean geometry) with respect to segment AB? We can answer this later.
