Location of the midpoint of a segment

Use the locations of the endpoints of segment AB on the applet below to determine the location of its midpoint. Enter the x-coordinate of the midpoint in the box labeled, "X-coordinate = ?". Be sure to delete the "?" before typing in the x-coordinate. Press the "Enter" key once you've typed in the x-coordinate. If your response is correct, the message, "X-coordinate CORRECT!" should appear. If the message does not appear, your response is not correct. Repeat the procedure for the y-coordinate. Once you've gotten the correct x- and y-coordinates for the midpoint of segment AB, click the "New Problem" button for new locations of the endpoints A and B.
