Modeling a Light Fixture within GeoGebra AR

Author:Tim Brzezinski
In this demo, the surfaces used to model these 2 light fixtures are called paraboloids of revolution. A paraboloid is the 3D analogue of a parabola. A paraboloid can be formed by rotating a parabola about its axis of symmetry. Note how the domain restrictions help create this 2-piece model.
