Construct a set of Parallel Lines by following the construction steps below.
1) Construct a line AB.
2) Place a point, C, not on the line.
3) Construct a perpendicular to line AB, which passes through point C.
4) Let's call the perpendicular line m.
5) Construct a perpendicular to line m, passing through point C.
