You want the two pink rings on the last peg #3. You can only move one ring at a time from its peg to another peg and the big ring cannot be on top of the small one. Variant: You can only move a ring to an adjacent peg.

Untangle rules

To play untangle, you need to toggle to untangle mode and move the blue points around so that no two edges intersect, whatever their color. Furthermore you can can make all the edges of the same length. It should look nice.
