Given a circle Γ and given its center O, construct inside Γ three equal circles, each
one tangent to Γ and to the other two (par =13).
5 lines and 8 circles = 13 steps.
Since CB=CF and the angle BCF is 120° the angle CFB is 30°, hence the angle FBA is a right angle and BF is tangent to the circle.
FK is the angle bisector of BAF, so I is the incenter of AFG
