Orthocenter of a Triangle
- I started by creating a triangle.
- I then used the perpendicular line tool to create a perpendicular line that when through the vertex, but perpendicular to the side opposite the vertex.
- I found the intersection of the perpendicular line with the edge and then hid the full line. Instead created a line segment from the vertex to the point on the opposite edge where it was perpendicular. I verified those lines were perpendicular by measuring the angles.
- I found the point of intersection of each of those perpendicular lines and labeled it the Orthocenter. In this instance the orthocenter is labeled as (6.24, 2.07) and is in red.
