Vincent Pantaloni shared these cool Moiré patterns yesterday, http://www.geogebra.org/m/2473211, and I started adding more customization to his sketch, since I was curious about what if it wasn't equilateral, what if you changed the offset... but those are small variations on his cool idea. In his original, the triangles are almost completely hidden.
