P0 is the starting point of the algorithm. The 1st and last vectors are colored in red, while the rest are green. In the bottom are given the percentage of relative errors at each step of the computation. The number of iterations is limited to 8. Try out some starting points near the flat regions of the curve to confuse the algorithm and observe the instability of the method given an inappropriate initial guess for x. An animation is provided to show various solutions for different initial guesses. Use the zoom buttons if you want to inspect the solution more closely or in case your function does not fit in the window.
