Transformation Station Reflection
1) Choose which type of line you by clicking on the line image on the top right of your screen.
2) Move the line around by clicking directly on the mirror line and dragging.
Questions:
1) Horizontal and Vertical "mirror" lines (Specifically x and y axis): What changes? What doesn't change? Consider the coordinates of the pre-image and the image: are there any patterns or relationships?
2) Any diagonal line: What relationship does the mirror line appear to have with the line segments drawn between pre-image and image? (i.e. AA', BB', and CC' relationships with mirror line)
Conclusion:
How could you describe the transformation with precision? What would you need to include?
