A.1.3.2 Data Displays

This acitivity asks you to make statements that summarize data. To do this, look at each type of display and think about what statements you can say about the number of strawberries in a basket.
You can make statements about specific data values or groups of data values.
Math vocabulary words you may want to use include mean, minimum, median, maximum, interquartile range, or total. There are summerizing statements you can make without thes vocabulary words as well.
As you write your statements, try to find unique statements for each type of data display - in other words what information does each data display show that the other types do not.
