You will be finding the area of the playground using Geogebra.
We are looking to resurface the playground. But we have know formula for the following playground. We want to make it as close as possible to the area so we don't over estimate material and waste money. Help the principal find the area of the playground
1) First, break up the playground into shapes that we know the area of. (Rectangles, Squares, Parallelograms, triangles, and trapezoids)
2) Use our Area formulas to find the area of the individual shapes
3) Find the total area of the playground to the nearest hundreth.
