Connecting the Circle Area Model to the Linear Model

In the following worksheet we are considering the circle as a whole unit. the circle is broken into d pieces and n of them are shaded. Use the sliders d and n to form different fractions being sure to set the d (denominator) slider first then set the n (numerator) slider second. You move the orange point, labeled estimate, on the line segment, or linear model, as well as change the position of the roller slider to answer the questions below the dynamic construction.
