The zoom is automatic, but it can be turned off.
Moving the first slider it seems that the distance between (P1) and (P0) does not change, it is a deception due to the automatic zoom, try to disable it.
With the two cursors it is possible to vary the distance from the origin (P0) of the starting point (P1) and the inclination of the segments, now these values can also be entered directly.
At the top left I added a checkbox to better exploit the activity, also for this novelty I recommend reading at least the first attached pdf.
I have also added a vertical slider with which, as an example, you can select 13 different results obtainable with this type of polygonal; obviously everyone can be a starting point.
