Bibi Khanum mosque - cross pattern - ks
The side wall of the mosque is decorated with a cross pattern, formed by five identical squares with the text Allahu rabbi, Muhammad nabbi (Allah is my God, Muhammad is my Prophet) four times repeated.
The first letter of the words Allah and rabbi are coloured in dark blue tiles.
