Riemann Sum Model

This is a model of the general Riemann Sum of a function f, over an interval [a,b], with respect to a random partition P of [a,b] into N parts, and a random choice of a sample point in each interval.
Note that there is no restriction on the norm of P, however the odds of this being large for large values of N in very small.
