A Piece of Pastry! Circle Geometry Problem

A piece of pastry takes the shape of a sector of a circle. The largest possible circle of pastry is removed from the sector. Using algebra, show that, when the angle of the sector is 60°, the area of the green circle is 2/3 the area of the sector.
