Constructing a Pie Graph
How to Construct a Pie Graph in GeoGebra
Step 1: Determine the categories you will use in organizing the data. Input it in the column for Category. See Figure 1.

Step 2: To determine the count for each category, click the cell beside your category, then input this command (See Figure 2)

For example, to determine the count of 1 in Section A and count of 2 in Section A, use these commands (See Figure 3)
Note: Do NOT DELETE the temporary frequency, just EDIT.

Step 3: To edit the legends, follow the steps below:
- Click the squares that are NOT needed, then click delete. Do the same with the text besides that square that are not needed.
- Click on the Graphics view, the left side view (See Figure 4), and click Text
tool. Then, type the text (See Figure 5).

Optional:
- If you want to add other texts, such as title or additional explanations, you can use the Text
tool.
- Click the Move tool and adjust the position of the text.
- To change the style of your text, click the text you want to customize and click Style menu. (See Figure 6)
